Center for Business Skills Development - Carol and Tim have been visiting faculty at CBSD, Moscow, Russia, since its creation in 1995. Our work at CBSD focuses on leadership and executive growth. It has included sessions with executives, line managers and human resources executives. CBSD supplies a full range of organizational and personal development services to businesses across Russia.

CBSD was founded to help organizations enhance performance by providing training and consulting services in the dynamic Russian environment. CBSD focuses on bringing about change in thought paradigms, which makes personal and organizational improvement possible. FGI International friend and colleague, Dennis Hopple, is CBSD President in Russia. Thunderbird, The Garvin School of International Management, has been the owner of CBSD since October, 1996.

The Center for Creative Leadership - Carol and Tim are proud to have been affiliated with the world-recognized Center for Creative Leadership since 1982. FGI International has a license to distribute the Looking Glass simulation. Carol and Tim also serve as adjunct faculty at the Greensboro and San Diego branches. FGI International was able to contribute to CCL history by being the first to offer the Looking Glass simulation in Russia and the first to offer it in China. Over the past five years FGI International has guided 200 high potential managers from multinational companies operating in Russia through this world-class developmental experience.

The Center for Creative Leadership, headquartered in Greensboro, North Carolina, was recognized by Business Week magazine as the #1 provider of leadership development in the world (Business Week, October 2003).

Institute for Career Advancement Needs - FGI International has been a partner with The Institute for Career Advancement Needs, Inc. (ICAN) since ICAN was founded in 1981. The Institute for Career Advancement Needs, Inc., a not-for-profit training and development organization, has provided programs for over 10,000 women and men. Mary Prefontaine is the Executive Director of ICAN. Our primary work together with our colleague, Geil Browning, Ph.D., is with the leadership development programs Influence and Focus. Carol, Tim and Geil were the original designers and remain the primary faculty of these nationally recognized single-gender, executive development programs which are offered in Omaha, Denver, and Phoenix.

We have used it in our personal lives as well as in all aspects of our business. Dr. Don Beck of the National Values Center has provided information, education, inspiration and friendship. Their work in Spiral Dynamics is making a great contribution to today's dynamic world.
