We develop personally tailored individual and group assessment processes, provide individuals with feedback and assist them in developing short-term and long-term development plans and processes. Coaching assignments last from six months to as long as five years.

Executive Assessment and Coaching is dedicated time set aside in an executive's busy schedule where the work is on Self. This is neither selfish time nor wasted time. This is an investment on behalf of the organization to ensure that the individual executive is continuing to grow and learn along with the organization.
