Denny Aron has worked with Carol and Tim for over 25 years. Since 1992, he has been integral to FGI International and FGISpirit's work in Russia and in China. Denny previously worked for Union Pacific Railroad and has 25 years of management experience in human resources development. Rui Shujie is the Director of FGI International Asia, she is based in Shanghai, China. Rui has worked with FGI International since 2000. Her appointment as Director, FGI International Asia followed her position as head of the Human Resources Department at China Universal Asset Management Co., Ltd. Before that, she worked for three other organizations with assignments in business development, executive education, e-HR business and foreign trade. Rui has a BA in World Economy from Fudan University, Shanghai, PRC. She is also a graduate of Thunderbird University's Global Management Program.

Tim Hunter is the Systems Specialist and Webmaster for FGI International and FGISpirit. Tim received an Associates Degree in Computer Networking Systems Technology from ITT Technical Institute in Omaha. He recently earned his Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) at Bellevue University. Tim was formerly a Systems Analyst for a pharmaceutical benefit company in Omaha.

Rebecca Blair is the Business Manager for FGI International and FGISpirit. Rebecca earned her Bachelor's degree from Iowa State University. She comes to us with experience as a Marketing Coordinator and Office Manager for Signa Development Services and more recently as the Marketing Manager for Omaha Performing Arts.

Leslie Rill is a Special Projects Associate for FGI International and FGISpirit. Leslie received both her BS and MA in Communications from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. Leslie is currently a Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Missouri Columbia and is persuing her Ph.D. in Communications.

Tom Rouse is an adjunct consultant for FGI International and FGISpirit. Tom holds an MHA from Washington University in St. Louis, and a BA in Economics from Santa Clara University. Tom's primary experience has been in healthcare management and administration.

Annie King has been the information systems expert, graphic artist and LGI administrator at FGI International since 1988. Over the years she has held every administrative role and has been key to the organization's success. A Regent's Scholar at the University of Nebraska at Omaha, Annie currently commutes and telecommutes from her home in Lincoln.

Geil Browning, Ph.D. heads Emergenetics®, LLC, an organization that develops psychological testing instruments used for training, learning, job selection and market research. She also leads The Browning Group International, the official distributor of Emergenetics products and co-owns MindSort, LLC, which uses Emergenetics technology to help marketers measure and manage variations in customer thinking and buying preferences. Along with Carol Hunter and Tim Rouse, Geil is one of the founders and directors of the Influence and Focus leadership programs offered by ICAN.

Dennis Hopple has been a part of FGI International's work in Russia since 1992. He is currently President of the Center for Business Skills Development/Thunderbird Russia in Moscow. Dennis is one of those very rare ex-pats who heads an organization in Russia that is actually successful. Prior to his work at CBSD, Dennis was CEO of a large wholesale distributing company in the U.S. Earlier he had a successful career in the food industry.

Gene Morton is the President and Founder of Accelerated Solutions, Ltd., a Colorado based consulting firm that specializes in accountability management. Gene has been a successful organization consultant for over 20 years. With a master's degree in Industrial Psychology, he has been published in the Proceedings of the ODNetwork, Non-Profit World and in The Training and Development Journal. Gene has worked on projects with FGI International since 1983.

Brenda Snyder is Sr. Vice President of Search and OD/OE Consulting Services. Brenda has over 20 years of Human Resource experience in Fortune 200 corporations-Qwest Communications, Honeywell International and Humana Corporation.

Brenda held keyleadership roles of national and international scope in Strategic Planning, Executive Staffing, Human Resource Management. Organizational Design and Quality. Brenda has significant experience in recruiting and staffing Executive level positions for organizations known for hiring 'Best-in-Class' leadership talent. She also has a proven track record of assisting business leaders to identify 'High-Potential' individuals who demonstrate significant success in moving organizations to the highest possible levels of performance.

Brenda is a graduate of Regis University in Denver, Coloradowith a B.A. degree in Business Management and has completed coursework for her Master's in International Management. She and her husband Dave reside in Denver, Colorado. Brenda is certified to provide the FGI 360° instruments.

Jeffrie Story is simply one of the world's experts in sales and marketing. Her work with Sales Call Reluctance has made a significant positive difference in many companies. She is a consultant, speaker, trainer, coach, facilitator and writer, with 25 years of successful background in sales leadership.
