Leadership, Teamwork and Performance offers a fast-paced agenda combining theory, leadership tasks, small group discussions, and action learning.

The program delivers the tools for effective team management, by giving individuals the knowledge of how to get the most from all team members and oneself.

Leadership, Teamwork and Performance assesses your thinking preferences and reveals key behavioral attributes such as expressiveness and flexibility. The program helps you understand your preferences, and just as important, understand how people with different preferences interact.

Participants will understand that there is no one 'correct' brain profile, and that different characteristics are vital to creating a high performing team.
