What is a 360° Feedback Tool?

The 360° questionnaire gives feedback to individuals based on how others see her or him and compares these perceptions to her or his own self-ratings. This group of "others" can include bosses, peers, direct reports, customers, suppliers, or anyone else who experiences the work of the recipient. Most FGI International 360° questionnaires also provide verbatim responses to questions that revolve around the person's strengths and possible developmental areas.

Professional Development Questionnaire

Our most popular and widely used 360°, the Professional Development Questionnaire (PDQ) is used to gain perspective on current behaviors in order to prepare for the future. It is intended to not only assess the recipient's needs today, but also what will be required of her/him for the world of the future. Direct co-worker comments are also included. The PDQ allows the person being rated to compare the ratings of co-workers to an international data base of thousands of respondents. We now provide an online version of the PDQ, which takes approximately 30 minutes to complete.
